I was invited to speak to a group of foster carers about the implementation of mindfulness into their daily routines, to help them cope with the stress and challenges of looking after troubled children.
I think they enjoyed it and saw that through the use of correct thought and becoming fully present, that this can improve the quality of their lives and that of everyone around them. Lovely morning had by all. Thank you.
